You were helpful and willing, remained in constant communication throughout the whole process and often went the extra mile in order for things to run smoothly. You have definitely made me feel like I want to rent all my properties with KFH. You truly matched branch expectations and value for money — big thank you. I have recommended three friends to KFH. They were a really professional team and excellent at being proactive with all the parties in the transaction including solicitors, other estate agents in the chain and our buyers. Even before this legacy he contributed in many ways to the community. Morden Hall Park has long been a place for the local community to celebrate. The last owner, Mr Hatfeild, would organise parties for local children. Following his legacy of the estate to the National Trust, the park was used for charity events which brought together locals with film stars of the time. For almost a hundred years the rose garden at Morden Hall Park has delighted summer visitors with a profusion of colour. Gilliat Hatfeild's garden is now gradually being restored to something closer to its s appearance.
Morden Hall Park is green oasis in the city, giving you a taste of a country estate with a glimpse of its agricultural and industrial history. This tranquil former deer park is one of the few remaining estates that used to line the River Wandle during its industrial heyday.

The river meanders through the park creating a haven for wildlife. The snuff mills, which generated the park's income in the past, survive to this day. We've renovated the western mill, and it's now used as a learning centre. A much-loved rural idyll, the park lies in a built-up area, and some of the surviving estate buildings are used as workshops by local craftspeople and artisans.
